A YOUNG mum has been slammed for using her universal credit for a glow up.
Scarlett Harram, from the UK, took to social media to show off her new set of talons.

Replying to a comment form a previous video, the mum was happy to see her payment had come through.
The comment read: “Got mine today! New nails here I come.”
And it seemed that Scarlett followed suit as she showed off her black and white manicure while sitting in her car.
The mum said: “I was just gunna get an infill this week…”
But thanks to the wad of cash that landed in her bank she decided to upgrade her salon treatment.
“Rip them off and star fresh now,” she added.
Although Scarlett gets universal credit, she also works as a cleaner.
But she wasn’t happy with her job.
In a recent post she wrote: “Don’t drop out of school, stay focused.
“Get them good grades, go to college, go to uni, get your dream job! Learn a trade!
“Don;t have kids until your financially stable.”
She added that teens needed to hear this and she could relate as she was also young when giving birth.
The clip was posted to her TikTok account @scarlettrosejustforfun and people had strong opinions.
One person wrote: “Get a job you bin, bless you preying on the government paying out. Could never be me.”
Another commented: “Who doesn’t love a free pamper?”
How much Universal Credit can you get?
TRYING to work out how much Universal Credit you can get can be overwhelming.
There are so many different elements that can affect your claim and it makes the whole process even more complicated.
There are several free calculators that you can use to help you get an estimate, such as Gov.UK,Citizen’s Advice,MoneySavingExpert,StepChange and Turn2Us.
You will need:

- Details of your rent or mortgage payments,
- Employment and income information about anyone else living with you, such as grown-up children,

You’ll need to make sure that the information provided is as accurate as possible to get the truest estimate.
“Me with my free government prosthetic hand with acrylic nails lol,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “The way you kiss each nail HAHAHA.”
Someone else added: “Yes otherwise you’ll be scrubber just like us, I hate my cleaning job so much.”
“So many other things I’d prefer to do,” Scarlett.
