RANGERS defender Ben Davies has got engaged to his partner after proposing to her with a stunning ring.
It’s the latest step on an amazing journey for wag Abbie Colvin, who was diagnosed with cancer at the age of just 19.

The Glasgow born stunner, 26, started dating the former Liverpool defender in 2019, not long after he had signed for the Ibrox club.
Davies, 29, is currently on loan from Gers at Birmingham City and Abbie (who grew up a Celtic fan) has travelled with him to the West Midlands.
Abbie was left shocked when she was diagnosed with cervical cancer in January 2017.
She was told she would need a full hysterectomy and chemotherapy treatment in order to have any chance of surviving.
Docs also delivered the painful message that she might never be able to have children due to her illness.
However, soon after she found out she was pregnant (with her ex-partner) and she decided to do all she could to have the child – even if it meant shunning chemo.
Incredibly, she gave birth to baby Oscar later that same year.
But Abbie was still being told she might not have long left.
And she went viral when her heartbreaking bucket list was revealed which included being her sister’s maid of honour and learning to pole dance.
The inspirational mum continued to defy the medics when she and Ben welcomed another baby boy, Seve, to the world in 2020.
Now they are planning a wedding with their growing family after Davies popped the question.
Abbie shared the news on Instagram to overjoyed followers.
She posted on on her account: “The love of my whole life asked me to marry him,” along with a close-up picture of the ring on her finger, and another of her posing at a table wearing it.
Jack Butland‘s wife Annabel was one of the first to wish them well, writing on Abbie’s post: “Oh my gosh yes! Disney wedding pending!”

Davies’ former Rangers teammate Ryan Jack also commented. He said: “Congratulations.”
Another pal wrote: “Omg I couldn’t be happier for you both! Congratulations.”
And her sister, Christie, commented: “Sorry can’t see your face there behind that big ROCK.”
The official Birmingham City Instagram account also replied to the news in the comments to say “congratulations”.
